End User License Agreement (EULA)
Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) carefully before downloading, installing, or using the JKP Tabla Classes & Riyaz Mobile Application published by JKP Tabla Gurukul Haldwani.
1. Grant of Limited License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the JKP Tabla Classes application on mobile devices (Android & iOS) strictly for personal, non-commercial educational music learning.
2. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All video lectures, audio loops, Lehra harmonium tracks, electronic Tanpura recordings, syllabus structure, compositions, Kaydas, Paltas, Tihais, and notation sheets are the exclusive intellectual property of Guru Jugal Kishore Papnai and JKP Tabla Gurukul Haldwani.
Unauthorized screen recording, downloading, ripping, reproduction, commercial broadcasting, or redistribution of course materials without written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Indian copyright laws.
3. Course Purchases, Razorpay & Refunds
Course enrollments (e.g. ₹499 Intermediate Kaydas & Palte) are processed securely via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR) with instant course unlock.
- Digital Goods Policy: Once access to digital courses/videos has been granted, fees are non-refundable.
- Technical / Duplicate Charges: If an unintended duplicate charge occurs, contact rituliraj123@gmail.com within 48 hours with your Razorpay transaction ID for resolution.
4. Student Community Guidelines
The student forum is designed for respectful classical learning. Harassment, profanity, piracy, spam, or promotional material is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension without refund.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The app, video player, and riyaz tools are provided "AS IS". We strive for microsecond timing accuracy on the metronome and high audio fidelity, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service across all device hardware. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in dispute.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haldwani / Nainital, Uttarakhand, India.
